30-Day Cancellation Policy for Edge of the Desert Inn Tiny Home Rentals

At Edge of the Desert Inn, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be straightforward so you can book your Moab tiny home stay with confidence.

Full Refund: 30+ Days Before Arrival
Guests who cancel their reservation 30 or more days prior to their scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund of all charges paid.

Cancellations Within 30 Days of Arrival
Reservations canceled fewer than 30 days before the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable. This includes no-shows and early departures.

How to Cancel Your Reservation
To cancel your booking at Edge of the Desert Inn, please contact us directly through the platform where you made your reservation or reach out to our team. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are effective as of the date received.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Modifications to Your Stay
If you need to change your dates rather than cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Date changes are subject to availability and may be accommodated without penalty when requested 7 or more days before your original check-in date.

Exceptions
Edge of the Desert Inn reserves the right to offer exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis in the event of documented emergencies or extreme circumstances. Any exceptions are granted at the sole discretion of management and are not guaranteed.
